Online Presentations

The authors presenting online will give their talk (15 minutes) through the video stream to onsite participants and other online participants. The talk will be followed by live discussion (5 minutes).

There will be no online poster session. However, we are offering the authors an option to pre-record the video of their presentation (15 minutes) and send it to the Conference Secretariat before the conference. The presentation will then be played at the corresponding session to all onsite and online participants. In this case, discussion will be offline via email.

Offline (virtual/webpage) Presentations

Offline presentations are in a form of a PDF file created from Power Point (or other program) either in the format of an oral presentation (multi-page) or a poster presentation (one-page). The presentations are sent to the Conference Secretariat and are uploaded to the conference web site. The deadline for submission is 1 June 2024.
