Dear Colleagues and Friends,

After a successful RAP 2022 conference , held in Thessaloniki, it is time to turn to RAP 2023. We are staying in Greece, but moving some 500 km to the south, to the Attica peninsula. Namely, RAP 2023 will be held from 29 May to 2 June 2023 at the Hellenic Centre for Marine Research (HCMR) in the town of Anavyssos, 37 km from the centre of Athens and 28 km from Athens international airport Eleftherios Vanizelos.

RAP 2023 will be a hybrid conference with full interaction between onsite and online participants. Conference publications are Book of Abstracts and Conference Proceedings. In addition, we are in talks with scientific journals regarding publishing of a special issue with full papers from the conference.

When visiting Attica, one is never far from the sea and world famous historical sites, including the ones in Athens. For RAP 2023 we have selected a venue (HCMR Anavyssos) and the main conference hotel (Alexander Beach Hotel) right at the beachfront. We are arranging reach social programme, including a cocktail, gala conference dinner, and two excursions. Full details of social events will be announced closer to the conference.

We kindly invite you to submit your contribution(s) to RAP 2023. The deadline for submission of one page abstracts is 1 April 2023, and the deadline for full papers for the Proceedings is 30 June 2023. Note that the registration fees (except the one for virtual offline participation) cover both publication of the abstract and full paper in Proceedings or journal.
