ACCOMMODATION

The conference will take place at the 88 Rooms Hotel, conveniently located within walking distance of the most interesting Belgrade sights.

Hotel rooms are offered to the participants of RAP 2019 conference at the following special prices:

The above prices include:

· Breakfast (Open Buffet)

· Free access to Wi-Fi internet (each room has its own router)

· Free access to the Gym

· Welcome Coffee or Tea (in the room)

· VAT

The prices do not include:

· Tourist Tax – 159 RSD (1.35 EUR) per person, daily

Available optional extras are:

· Parking (in a garage 30m from the Hotel) – 10 EUR per vehicle, daily

· Lunch – 15 EUR per person, per meal

· Dinner – 10 EUR per person, per meal

Please note that the reservation is valid only with a written confirmation from the hotel Sales Department.

NB: Please note that only a limited number of rooms at the 88 Rooms Hotel is available for participants of RAP 2019 Conference. Even though the deadline for hotel booking is 15 August 2019, it could happen that all available rooms will be booked much earlier. Therefore we strongly encourage early bookings. In the case you have booked your room and you are, for any reason, unable to come or your arrival/departure dates have changed, please contact the hotel Sales Department and cancel or change your booking.
