CONFERENCE FEE

• Regular fee: 300 EUR (345 USD)
• Reduced fee: 200 EUR (230 USD)
• Virtual participant fee (without a submitted paper): 40 EUR (45 USD)
• Virtual participant fee (with a submitted paper): 90 EUR (105 USD)
• Extra fee for submitting the second full paper: 90 EUR (105 USD)
• Accompanying person fee: 110 EUR (125 USD)

NB: No refunds can be made in case of cancellation. However, it is possible to change the names of participants within the number of paid fees

Regular fee - The Conference fee includes the Certificate of Participation, the admission to RAP 2019 sessions, possibility to submit up to two abstracts for consideration for possible publication in the Book of Abstracts (electronic version), possibility to present up to two contributions in oral and/or poster Conference sessions, possibility to submit one full paper for consideration for possible publication in the Conference Proceedings (electronic version), Conference kit, refreshments, admission to all Conference social events (Welcome Cocktail, Gala Dinner, Excursion).

Reduced fee - The reduced Conference fee might be available in a limited number for participants from some Western Balkan countries (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia), some Eastern Europe countries (Belarus, Bulgaria, Moldova, Ukraine), some former Soviet Union countries (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan), as well as for students, if they file a request to the Conference Chairperson (info@rap-conference.org) until May 31, 2019. The reduced Conference fee includes all the same items as the regular conference fee.

Virtual participant fee (without a submitted paper) - This fee is available to participants who are not able to come to the Conference, and it includes the Certificate of Participation (electronic version), as well as the possibility to submit up to two abstracts for consideration for possible publication in the Book of Abstracts (electronic version) and possibility to send up to two presentations in electronic format that will be posted on the Conference website as a part of the Virtual Session.

Virtual participant fee (with a submitted paper) - This fee is available to participants who are not able to come to the Conference, and it includes the Certificate of Participation (electronic version), possibility to submit up to two abstracts for consideration for possible publication in the Book of Abstracts (electronic version), possibility to submit one paper for consideration for possible publication in the Conference Proceedings (electronic version), and possibility to send up to two presentations in electronic format that will be posted on the Conference website as a part of the Virtual Session. This fee has to be paid even if the paper is withdrawn during the peer-review process.

Extra fee for submitting the second full paper – This fee enables the participant (attending or virtual) to submit the second full paper for consideration for possible publication in the Conference Proceedings (electronic version).

Accompanying person fee - The Conference fee for an accompanying person includes the admission to all Conference social events (Welcome Cocktail, Gala Dinner and Excursion). This fee is intended for spouses, children, friends and relatives of the attending participants who do not have any connection to conference sessions. Neither the Conference kit, refreshments, the allowance to the sessions nor the Certificate of Participation are provided.

Conference Fee Payment

The Conference fee can be paid in advance by bank transfer or at the Conference desk (the amount is the same). All bank charges for the money transfer services must be paid by the participants. Please note that after September 2, 2019 it is only possible to pay the Conference fee at the Conference desk.
