SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES – RAP 2019
Since there is no possibility for the exhibition booths to be set up at the Conference venue, the 88 Rooms Hotel, we have created a modified version of the packages for sponsors-exhibitors that includes a possibility of oral presentation of their company and products.
Diamond sponsorship (a maximum of one Diamond Sponsorship is available) – 4500 € (5000 USD)
- Free full delegate registration for 4 persons
- Free accommodation for 2 persons
- Company presentation at a plenary session after Invited lecture(s) in a duration of up to 45 minutes
- Company logo on participants’ ID Badge lanyards and conference bags.
- Company name and logo at the Conference website with the indication of the sponsorship level
- Link from the Conference and Conference Proceedings websites to the Diamond sponsor’s website
- Company logo as the Diamond Sponsor on the back cover of the Book of Abstract and the Conference Program1
- An advertisement (up to four full B5 pages) with the company’s description and contacts in the Conference Program

Platinum sponsorship (a maximum of one Platinum Sponsorship is available) – 3000 € (3400 USD)

- Company name and logo at the Conference website with the indication of the sponsorship level

Gold sponsorship (a maximum of three Gold Sponsorships are available) – 1500 € (1700 USD)

Silver sponsorship (no limit in number of Silver Sponsorships) – 750 € (850 USD)

- Company presentation at a plenary session after Invited lecture(s) in a duration of up to 15 minutes
- Company name and logo at the Conference web site with the indication of the sponsorship level
- Link from the Conference website to the Silver Sponsor’s website
- Company logo as a Silver Sponsor on the back cover of the Conference Program1
- One company brochure in the conference bag of each participant

1The Book of Abstract will be published in electronic form, whereas the Conference Program will be published in both electronic and paper form
SPECIAL ADVERTISING ARRANGEMENTS
Special advertising arrangements can be made with the Conference Organizers. The sponsor can either provide the materials or pay for their production to the Conference Organizers. The sponsors can choose one or more items from the list or make their own suggestion:
- Badge Holder with Branded Lanyard with Sponsor’s name/logo that will be distributed to each participant
- USB Memory Stick with Sponsor’s and Conference name/logo that will be inserted in each conference bag. The memory stick may contain Sponsor’s advertising material
- Writing Pad and Pen with Sponsor’s and Conference name/logo that will be inserted in each conference bag
- Branded Cap with Sponsor’s and Conference name/logo that will be distributed to each participant
- Branded T-shirt with Sponsor’s and Conference name/logo that will be inserted in each conference bag
- Branded Umbrella with Sponsor’s and Conference name/logo that will be distributed to each participant
- Branded Coffee/Tea Cup with Sponsor’s and Conference name/logo that will be inserted in each conference bag
- OR any other promotional material as agreed with the Conference Organizers.
