Conference Fee Payment
Conference fee can be paid in advance by bank transfer or at the Conference desk; the fee amount is the same in both cases. Please note that after 27 May 2022 payment by bank transfer will not be possible.
All bank charges for money transfer must be paid by the participant. If you wish to pay the Conference fee by bank transfer, please contact the organizers for instructions by sending an e-mail to: info@rap-conference.org
NB: No refunds can be made in case of cancellation. However, it will be possible to change the names of participants within the number of paid fees.
Conference Fee Types
Regular fee - Regular Conference fee includes Certificate of Participation, admission to RAP 2022 sessions, possibility to submit up to two abstracts for possible publication in the Book of Abstracts (electronic version), possibility to present up to two contributions in oral and/or poster Conference sessions, possibility to submit one full paper for possible publication in the Conference Proceedings (electronic version) or journals, Conference kit, refreshments and lunches at the venue, admission to all Conference social events (Welcome Cocktail, Gala Dinner, Excursion).
Reduced fee - Reduced Conference fee may be available in a limited number for participants from some Western Balkan countries (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia), some Eastern Europe countries (Belarus, Bulgaria, Moldova, Ukraine), some former Soviet Union countries (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan), as well as for the students. Participants wishing to avail of the reduce fee should send a request to the Conference Secretariat at info@rap-conference.org before 8 May 2022. The reduced Conference fee includes identical items to the regular Conference fee.
Online participation fee - Online participation fee includes the Certificate of Participation (electronic version, mentioning online presentation), the admission via internet to the live broadcast of all RAP 2022 sessions, possibility to submit up to two abstracts for possible publication in the Book of Abstracts (electronic version), possibility to present online up to two contributions (in real time or via a pre-recorded audiovisual file), possibility to submit one full paper for possible publication in the Conference Proceedings (electronic version) or journal.
Fee for students of Aristotle University – This fee is available for undergraduate and master students of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. It includes Certificate of Participation, admission to RAP 2022 sessions, Conference kit, refreshments and lunches at the venue.
Accompanying person fee - The Conference fee for an accompanying person includes admission to all Conference social events (Welcome Cocktail, Gala Dinner and Excursion). This fee is intended for spouses, children, friends and relatives of the attending participants who do not have connection with conference sessions. Certificate of Participation, admission to sessions, Conference kit, refreshments/lunches are not provided with this fee.
Virtual participant fee (without a full paper submitted) - This fee is available to participants who are not able to come to the Conference, and it includes Certificate of Participation (electronic version), possibility to submit up to two abstracts for possible publication in the Book of Abstracts (electronic version), and possibility to send up to two presentations in electronic format that will be posted on the Conference website in the Virtual Session.
