Dear Colleagues and Friends,

After a successful RAP 2021 conference , which was an online event, it is time to turn to RAP 2022. The Covid-19 virus is still with us and we will be closely monitoring the situation and adapt to it. However, we believe that we are not unreasonably optimistic in planning the RAP 2022 as a live event. We will do our best to accommodate participants who for objective reasons would not be able to attend in person by organising some form of online participation.

After a difficult period for many of us, we really long for meeting our community for live scientific discussions and, indeed, some fun. That’s why we have chosen early June and a beautiful city of Thessaloniki in Greece as the time and place for our next meeting. More precisely, RAP 2022 will be held in the KEDEA Center in Thessaloniki from 6-10 June 2022.

As usual, RAP 2022 conference will publish the Book of Abstracts and Conference Proceedings. What is new is that the selected papers will have an opportunity to be published in the special issue of The European Physics Journal Special Topics . Also, radon researchers may publish in the special issue of Journal of the European Radon Association .

We kindly invite you to submit your contribution(s) to RAP 2022. The deadline for submission of abstracts via Abstract Portal is 8 May 2022, and the deadline for full papers for the Proceedings or journals is 1 June 2022.
